The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. When a dinner party conversation leads to an honest discussion about the state of their love life, and when a sexy bikini photo shoot leads to crossword puzzles instead of sex, they begin to flirt with a way to spice things up. 从官方视角中的恐怖分子的视角拍的片子比较有特色，而且是种族隔离时期的理想主义者，革命者，热血青年，他们不怕死，但要自由。
剧播的时候就很喜欢这个故事，所以电影也一直很期待。

刻意煽情，这种程度的所谓反抗是不能成事的。
或许白左们今天来谈南非现状颇为讽刺，但是这部电影真正关注的并不是历史与政治本身，而是自由与平等的诠释！是的，自由可以用用一切来换取，包括生命。自由也绝非妥协与忍让得来，反抗与牺牲是自古以来换得自由与平等的第一步！
