The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. When a dinner party conversation leads to an honest discussion about the state of their love life, and when a sexy bikini photo shoot leads to crossword puzzles instead of sex, they begin to flirt with a way to spice things up. 在911二十周年之际、疫情之后的今天看这次官摄比第一次旁观者的视角更能感同身受。第一首歌开始就想哭，焦虑、无助恐惧和不安到被治愈，全程跟唱的Me and the Sky，还是好喜欢CFA。遗憾2020年因为疫情没办法成行的巡演，still “honor what was lost，but we also commemorate what we found”。

紧凑的编排让观众游走于焦虑，亢奋和崩溃的状态之间。
第一次听到Me and the Sky 还没get全部歌词就哭了，从此记住了这部剧。这次看官摄，从第一首歌里we will not be killed那里就开始哭。疫情后去剧场看的人应该和我一样吧。也希望有一天中国也会有感动全世界的作品，我们经历的也应该让全世界记得。最后，希望巡演赶快重启吧！我要进剧场看！

演员们太厉害了，全场无休息，一秒钟都不停的
编排完美，歌舞和这种题材太搭了，让人激情昂扬。只有在困境中才能看出一个地方的素质，是否能考虑到尽可能多的情况，关心少数群体，保护动物，人们互相帮助载歌载舞，这才是人性的闪光之处。女机长的独唱更是激励人心。
我没想到我找了这么个政治正确的音乐剧😅😅😅😅
与《我们的小镇》有同种韵味。二十至三十分钟些许有重复和疲乏，为全剧唯一败笔。节奏接近顶级。总体接近完美，未来必将成为经典，不断流传。不过内容应该继续拓展
这真的是我看过现场调度最牛逼的剧了。
挺感动的。在现有体量和形式下做得够好了…（音乐剧本身就很难把内容做得特别深）这个戏本身也像911事件中的甘德一样提供了近乎乌托邦式的美好、友善、温暖。对于戏剧应该如何改编真实事件，和当下产生互动还蛮有启发的。
可以说是 more than perfect
