EZ Reiki Meditation

Here’s Poonam’s Easy Reiki Meditation:

Step ONE: GET COMFORTABLE.

Sit or lie in a comfortable position which you can maintain for 5 to 10 minutes.

Step TWO: BRING IN THE LOVE.

LOVE, THE HIGHEST ENERGY, WILL BRING YOU PEACE IMMEDIATELY .

Visualize, think of, imagine, remember  someone or something you love unconditionally. Your cat, your baby, your niece or nephew, chocolate, a river from childhood, your dad or mom, a friend or lover, sunlight through the clouds, a pet.

Hold that feeling and breath it into your bones, your muscles, your thoughts. Let that feeling be your focus. FEEL IT.

Step THREE: LOVE LIGHT AND HEALING.

LOVE LIGHT and HEALING

As you feel the love bring in these words and let them repeat in your head. Or speak them out if you prefer.

 

Step FOUR: BREATHE LOVE LIGHT AND HEALING

Inhale, through your nose: inhale deeply LOVE LIGHT and HEALING

Exhale, through your mouth. Release all stress and distress.

(On the inhalation feel the love of the universe, the centuries of healers, the love that I am here sending to you.

On the exhalation feel the departing of negative thoughts, of hurtful emotions, of sorrow and anger, and envy, and self-deprecation.)

Step FIVE: JUST BE.

Just be still.

Allow your hands to go to where there is any stress or distress.

Breath LOVE LIGHT and HEALING into that part of you.

If a thought or a feeling or a pain/stressor arises, LOVE LIGHT and HEALING. If you laugh or cry, let yourself and come back, LOVE LIGHT and HEALING.

Feel your energy. Tingles. Heat. VibrationS. Calm. LOVE LIGHT and HEALING.

THIS IS THE ZONE OF MEDITATION. YOU ARE HERE. EXPERIENCE IT FULLY.

ENJOY IF FULLY.

YOUR BODY WILL REMEMBER IT.

EACH TIME WILL BE EASIER, FULLER, DEEPER.

Step SIX: END.

Take another deep inhalation breathing inLOVE LIGHT and HEALING.

Exhale out your stress. Connect with your body. Stretch fingers, toes. Roll shoulders.

Finally sweep your body with your hands from head to toe, as if you were brushing.

If not imagine it with your mind.

Shake your hands.

(Bring your hands or your mind to the top of you, your head. Sweep down a half-inch above your scalp, skin, or clothes. Sweep down as if you’re brushing a jacket off. FeelLOVE LIGHT and HEALING. Feed LOVE LIGHT and HEALING to your self with every sweep. Feel relaxation and well-being. Feel the negativity flow into the earth and sink into the eternal river of lava where it will be cleansed.)

 Meditation done.
